By LadyLively on July 29, 2016
Omega-3 fatty acids may improve your heart health and help you ward off heart disease.
The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics suggests these sources:
- Oils from soybeans, flaxseed and canola.
- Walnuts or walnut oil.
- Fatty fish, including salmon, mackerel, lake trout, sardines and albacore tuna (choose varieties packed in water).
- Eggs labeled as containing omega-3 fatty acids.
