Superfoods: What Makes Them So Super?
As the “superfood†craze continues, more and more consumers are investing in groceries defined by the media as superfoods. There are so many important health benefits that superfoods offer, from providing large doses of antioxidants and minerals to reducing the risk of chronic disease. This is especially relevant given that recent studies have revealed eight of the ten leading causes of death in North America are directly related to diet and nutrition.

FLAX SEEDS
