Health Tip: Promoting Social Behavior in Toddlers
By LadyLively on August 11, 2014

Toddlerhood is full of discovery, development and awareness, including learning how to socialize with other children.
The American Academy of Pediatrics suggests how parents can promote healthy social development among toddlers:
- Realize that toddlers aren’t capable of understanding the feelings of others, and how their behavior affects others.
- Be a good role model and set a good example for your child.
- Let your child engage in frequent playdates with other toddlers, and don’t interfere unless necessary.
