Talking during sleep can affect your ability to feel rested the next day, not to mention that it can keep your partner awake.
The National Sleep Foundation suggests how to help prevent talking during sleep:
- Stick to a consistent sleep schedule.
- Make sure you get enough sleep each night.
- Avoid alcohol and eating before bed.
- Manage your stress.
