Health Tip: When Feet Sweat
By LadyLively on November 4, 2014
Everyone’s feet sweat, but for some people the wetness and odor are a bigger problem.
The American Podiatric Medical Association suggests how to deal with sweaty feet:
- Wash feet every day.
- Dry feet thoroughly, especially between the toes.
- Apply a foot powder, cornstarch or antifungal powder.
- Wear synthetic, moisture-wicking socks, not all-cotton socks.
- Change socks during the day to keep feet dry.
