While anyone who applies sunscreen will benefit from its protection, some people should never venture outside without it, experts say.
The Cleveland Clinic suggests wearing sunscreen if you:
- Spend a great deal of time outdoors.
- Have fair skin that burns easily.
- Ski often.
- Frequently work in your garden.
- Sunbathe.
