Health Tip: Work Out at Home
By LadyLively on February 5, 2015

If you want to get fit, strong and healthier, you don’t need to invest in a gym membership. You may get a great workout with just a few essentials at home.
The American College of Sports Medicine says these should include:
- A clear, uncluttered space of about 100 square feet.
- Some inexpensive exercise equipment, such as light dumbbells, a stability ball and resistance bands.
- A plan for a structured resistance training routine of eight to 10 different exercises that work the muscle groups.
