By LadyLively on August 12, 2015
Many people have questions about calories and how calories affect their weight-loss efforts.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention offers this information:
- Even fat-free or low-fat foods can be high in calories, often from added sugar.
- Eat a variety of foods to avoid nutritional imbalances.
- Even if you are very active, you can still gain weight if you consume too many calories. Be sure to count your calorie intake.
