Health Tip: Eat a Healthier Lunch
By LadyLively on March 3, 2016
Want to eat healthier? Lunch is a great meal to start with.
The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics suggests:
- Topping a salad with an oil-based dressing, rather than one drenched in cream.
- Including as many veggies as you can.
- If you’re at a restaurant, skip the entree in favor of a smaller, healthier appetizer.
- If you do order an entree, split it with someone else or save half to eat later.
