Think you’ve had a summer cold? Summer allergies might actually be to blame.
Here are some warning signs of allergy, courtesy of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology:
- Dark circles below the eyes.
- Swollen adenoids that cause the face to look tired and droopy.
- A nasal crease, which is a line that forms on the bridge of the nose.
- Breathing through the mouth due to nasal congestion.
