Health Tip: Prevent ACL Tears
By LadyLively on March 7, 2019
Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are nightmares for athletes. Depending on the severity of the tear, patients can expect surgery followed by more than a year of physical therapy.

- Warm up before sports.
- Land on the back of their feet.
