Health Tip: Exercising Indoors
By LadyLively on October 28, 2015

Just because it’s cold outside doesn’t mean you can’t exercise. There are plenty of ways to keep your body moving indoors.
The Weight-control Information Network suggests:
- Join an indoor sports team.
- If you play video games, opt for games that force you to keep moving.
- Turn on some music and dance, by yourself or with friends.
- Hit the mall with friends and walk past all of your favorite stores.
