Just because it’s cold outside doesn’t mean you can’t exercise. There are plenty of ways to keep your body moving indoors.
The Weight-control Information Network suggests:
- Join an indoor sports team.
- If you play video games, opt for games that force you to keep moving.
- Turn on some music and dance, by yourself or with friends.
- Hit the mall with friends and walk past all of your favorite stores.
