Health Tip: Get Physical Activity
By LadyLively on September 30, 2014

Hitting the gym or going for a run are great ways to exercise, but there are lots of other ways to burn calories.
The Weight-loss Information Network suggests how to get more physical activity each day:
- Aerobic exercises, such as biking, jogging, swimming or walking.
- Strength training exercises, by using weight machines or by doing crunches, push-ups or using free weights.
- Play a sport, such as racquetball, golf, tennis or basketball.
- Household chores, such as mowing the lawn, washing the car or walking up and down stairs.
