You know kids need to move and play, but are you sure yours are getting enough exercise?
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends:
- At least 60 minutes every day of aerobic exercise, and very vigorous exercise at least three days per week.
- Push-ups, gymnastics or other strengthening exercises at least three times per week.
- Running, jumping rope and other weight-bearing exercises to build bones at least three times per week.
