By LadyLively on September 26, 2019
Fitness trackers can be great tools for improving heart health, says the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Depending on what’s most comfortable for you, potential fitness trackers include pedometers, smartphone tracking apps or wearable devices.
To use a fitness tracker properly, the school suggests:
- Use the tracker daily.
- Set healthy and realistic goals.
- Find activities that fit into your daily life.
- Recruit friends and family to use trackers, as well.
- Be accountable.
