A Neti pot can help clean clogged sinuses and offer relief from nasal congestion.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration offers these guidelines for proper use:
- Always wash and dry your hands before using.
- Make sure the Neti pot is thoroughly cleaned and dried before use.
- Use clean water (distilled, filtered or boiled) to create the saline rinse solution.
- Always follow the pot’s instructions.
