Health Tip: Recognize Signs of Bullying

With the explosion of social media outlets comes the prospect of more online bullying among children and teens.
The American Psychological Association says warning signs that a child is being bullied include:
- A sudden reluctance to go to school.
- Torn or dirty clothing.
- Nightmares.
- Sudden loss of appetite.
- Frequent crying, anxiety or signs of depression.
