By LadyLively on November 24, 2016
If your child has epilepsy, you can take steps to reduce the risk of a seizure leading to injury.
The American Academy of Pediatrics suggests:
- Securing padding to any object with sharp corners, such as a table or countertop.
- Avoiding glass tables.
- Getting your child a bed that is low to the floor.
- Making sure carpeting is non-slip, and not using throw rugs.
