By LadyLively on July 3, 2017
Parents may be worried that toddlers aren’t getting enough calories or nutrients.
According to the American Academy of Family Physicians, these picky eating habits are common in toddlers and are usually not cause for worry:
- Avoiding certain foods because of their texture or color.
- Eating only a couple of foods offered.
- Avoiding new foods.
- Refusing to eat a food that was once favored.
- Insisting on eating only by feeding themselves.
