Are your kids getting bored with lunch? Let them take a dip with some healthy foods that are also fun to eat.
The American Heart Association suggests:
- Sliced pears or apples dipped in plain, low-fat yogurt or some peanut butter.
- Sweet pepper slices, celery or carrots dipped in fresh salsa, hummus or a homemade bean dip.
- Sliced, grilled tofu or low-sodium, whole-grain crackers dipped in homemade soup.
