Poor eating habits can trigger overeating and destroy a weight-loss plan.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says eating habits to avoid include:
- Eating your food too quickly.
- Eating when you aren’t hungry.
- Standing up while you eat, which may trigger overeating.
- Making dessert a daily habit.
