Health Tip: Too Busy for Breakfast?
By LadyLively on September 14, 2016

When you’re running late in the morning, it may be tempting to grab an unhealthy breakfast food or skip the meal entirely.
The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics suggests these quick alternatives:
- No sugar-added instant oatmeal.
- Microwaved scrambled eggs. Stir an egg and a splash of milk in a mug and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir, then microwave for another 10 seconds.
- Make a quick peanut butter sandwich, and pack a banana.
- Spread a bagel or tortilla with cream cheese.
