Health Tip: Recognizing Bedbug Bites
By LadyLively on October 9, 2019

Bedbugs are small, parasitic insects that feed on the blood of people and animals. Because the bites of many bugs are similar, bedbug bites can be difficult to distinguish.
Generally, bedbug bites are:
- Red with a darker red spot in the middle.
- Arranged in a line or cluster.
- Generally found on the face, neck, arms and hands.
- Itchy.
If you suspect you have bedbugs in your home, Mayo Clinic suggests hiring a professional exterminator.
