Health Tip: Help Curb Sleep Talking
By LadyLively on July 2, 2015

Talking in your sleep may not be dangerous or require treatment, but it can keep your partner awake.
If you talk during sleep, the National Sleep Foundation offers these ideas to help curb your chatter:

- Adhere to a consistent sleep and wake schedule.
- Avoid large meals or large amounts of alcohol before bed.
