You don’t have to indulge in an unhealthy snack to satisfy your craving for something sweet.
Snack on one of these tempting treats, suggested by the American Heart Association:
- Canned fruit with no added sugar.
- A small serving of angel food cake, sliced thin.
- A baked apple.
- Fresh fruit.
- Naturally sweet raisins, or frozen grapes or bananas.
- Unsweetened low-fat fruit yogurt.
