The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America suggests:
- Opting for smaller, more frequent meals.
- Limiting fried, greasy foods.
- Restricting dairy products.
- Cutting back on high-fiber foods, such as nuts, popcorn, seeds and corn.
