Many people grind their teeth and may not be aware of the habit, especially if it occurs during sleep.
The American Dental Association says warning signs of teeth grinding may include:
- Having dull headaches.
- Having a sore jaw.
- Having tooth pain or loose teeth.
- Having a fractured tooth.
