Even when the weather doesn’t cooperate, you can still get plenty of exercise indoors.
The Weight-loss Information Network suggests these indoor activities when it’s cold or wet outside:

- Spend less time in front of the TV or computer.
- Turn on your favorite music and dance.
- Opt for a video game that keeps you active.
