Health Tip: Make Time for Fitness
By LadyLively on June 1, 2016
While it’s tough to find time for a long workout, it’s easier to squeeze in a few minutes of exercise during the day.
The American Council on Exercise suggests:
- Take a walk around the block when you get home from work, or park your car a little further from your office building. Take the stairs, skipping the elevator.
- On a shopping trip, walk for 10 minutes without stopping.
- Clean your home or work in the yard.
- Exercise before work or after work. Or exercise during your lunch or coffee break. Ask a co-worker to join you for a quick walk.
