The American Heart Association suggests any of these treats:

  • Buying yourself new clothes.
  • Splurging for concert tickets.
  • Going on a vacation.
  • Treating yourself to a spa day.
  • Setting aside personal relaxation time.
  • Spending the night out with friends.
