By LadyLively on October 7, 2014
Shoes that are too snug can cause some serious and painful problems, including bunions and corns.
The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons says other potential problems from tight shoes include:
- Toes that cross over from lack of room.
- A curling hammertoe.
- An ingrown toenail that’s been pushed into the skin.
- Blisters or sores, which can be especially dangerous among people with diabetes.
