Health Tip: Using Eye Makeup
By LadyLively on July 22, 2019
Makeup should be used properly and safely to prevent injury to the eye, says the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
The academy encourages those who wear eye makeup to:
- Throw away eye makeup after three months.
- If you develop an eye infection, toss all of your eye makeup.
- Do not separate clumped lashes with anything sharp.
- Never share eye makeup.
- Remove all eye makeup before going to bed.
