Chronic pain can significantly affect sleep, but a few changes in your daily routine may provide for a more restful night.
The National Sleep Foundation suggests:
- Avoid or restrict caffeine.
- Limit the amount of alcohol you drink, particularly in the evening.
- Only use painkillers or sleeping pills under the careful supervision of a physician.
