By LadyLively on September 17, 2013

As you near the end of your pregnancy, the aches, pains and general discomforts may worsen.
The American Academy of Family Physicians offers this advice to help lessen the burden:
- To ease constipation, talk to your doctor about taking a stool softener.
- For carpal tunnel syndrome, wear wrist splints to bed.
- For hip, back or pelvic pain, sleep with a pillow behind your back.
- Call your doctor if you have unusual vaginal discharge or bleeding, unusual swelling or decreased fetal movement.
