By LadyLively on August 24, 2017
You can’t always prevent jet lag, but there are things you can do to minimize symptoms, the National Sleep Foundation says.
Here’s the foundation’s advice:
- Once you get to your destination, get some rays to help sync your internal clock to the time zone.
- Don’t nap while traveling.
- Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
- Before you go to sleep at your destination, turn off your cell phone so you won’t be disturbed.
